Trustee Service
Designed for the professional trustee, the Trustee Service provides many of the benefits of the Advisory Service across the trustee’s entire client base.
The Trustee Service comprises initial review, risk profiling, monitoring and control of performance and risk on the individual underlying trust clients. This is overlaid with a regular practical review process of all client accounts and supported with recommendations as to action where this is necessary. The objective is to provide a value-added service to underlying clients whilst ensuring the corporate trustee fully meets the regulatory standard for their fiduciary responsibility for client assets.
Flexible
The service is flexible and can incorporate the full Advisory Service for individual structures where, for reasons of size or complexity, a more focused approach is appropriate for a single or group of related trust clients.
Fee structure
Fees for the Trustee Service are a function of both the number and the size of client structures and the level of detail required. The service is delivered cost effectively on a pro forma basis with the possibility of recovering costs directly from the underlying clients.
